As I enter my third year of working with Akal Anand, my heart is filled with gratitude for the gentle but profound guidance and support she has provided me as a kundalini yoga teacher. The Sun container is truly a space of alchemy, self discovery and above all divine love. Her ability to weave the wisdom of the gene keys with the practice of kundalini yoga opens the opportunity to transform beyond space and time. With Akal Anand’s loving support, I have been able to not only step into the role of a teacher with grounded trust in myself, but with a wealth of wisdom that gets to move through me to everyone I meet.
