An initiation into a fuller life. I feel it unlocked my capacity to experience deeper depths of emotion and also to hold huge amounts of bliss, ecstasy, and joy in my body for weeks at a time, which was a completely new experience for me. It has strengthened my connection to the divine even more, and I’m excited to continue my journey, exploring Kundalini Yoga as a vehicle for anchoring frequencies of heaven here on Earth.
