Before I joined Sun-5, I knew it was going to be expansive. I literally felt expansion within my body and energy field through every practice which had a beautiful ripple effect throughout the rest of my life. One of the best trainings I ever did. Akal Anand’s gentle yet subtly very firm presence helps you relax in the flow of teachings. Her words are chosen carefully and just because of that they land strongly and soothe the places inside you that you didn’t know need soothing. Practices were lead so clearly and purely. I was totally new to Gene Keys teachings but feel in love with them through the passion she was explaining them. And the teachers she invited in space with us were just angels. An initiation into a fuller life.
